♥ Edible Cookie Dough Healthy VS Unhealthy ♥

For Healthy cookie dough ♥

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 20-25 fresh dates (I used Deglet Noor)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 2 handful of cacao nibs
  • 2 tbs oatmeal
  • 2 tbs peanutbutter
  • 1 tbs applesauce (sugar free)

How to

Put everything, except for the cacao nibs in a blender or foodprocessor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and add the cacao nibs. Stir through. Transfer into a container and store in the fridge.

For the Unhealthy cookie dough ♥

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 + 1 tbs plant based butter
  • 1 tbs applesauce
  • 1 tbs vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1 + 1/3 cup flour (I used white spelt flour)
  • pinch of salt

How to

Put all the sugar + the butter, applesauce and salt in a medium mixing bowl. mix until combined. Add gradually the flour and stir until cookie dough form. Add the chocolate chips and stir through. Transfer into a container and store in the fridge or eat right away 😉 Enjoy! ♥

For the cookies ♥

  • Both cookies dough
  • 2 ts baking powder
  • 2 ts baking soda

How to 

Preheat the oven on 180 °C or 356 °F. Add in both cookie doughs 1 ts baking powder and 1 ts baking soda. Stir through. Take a table spoon for the dough to make ± equally cookies. Put the cookie dough on a baking tray with parchment paper (place them with enough place between them on the tray). Put them in the oven for 12 minutes. Take them out the oven and place them on a cooling tray. Let them cool down a bit. Enjoy! ♥
