♥ Sugar Free Jam ♥

Ingredients ♥

  • 3 cup (375 gram) (frozen) berries of choice. I used a berry mix.
  • 11 fresh dates (I used Deglet Noor)
  • 1 Ts agar agar powder
  • 2 cup (490 millilitre) almond milk

How to

Put the dates together with the milk into a blender and blend until smooth. Put the berries along with the date paste and agar agar in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring. Let simmer until the berries lose their natural shape. Stir occasionally. Transfer to a jar and let cool down. Put in the fridge. You can store this up until 5 days in the fridge. Enjoy ♥
